Participating in a major real estate competition such as the European Property Awards, the largest, most prestigious and widely recognized organization worldwide, takes months of hard work. It's a long process, but for us it's definitely a crucial and meditative moment where you ask yourself, "Okay, what have we done so far this year?".
Apparently - according to the jury - we did a lot, and we did it quite well, because during the virtual ceremony, we received the official Award as Best Real Estate Agency Single Office of Spain!
In addition, we also received the recognition award as the Best Real Estate Agent in Spain.
You can imagine how proud we are, especially given that the competition was judged by an independent panel of over 100 real estate industry experts: the jury is focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. The panel was chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the British Parliament.
