In collaboration with an experienced Flemish construction company with more than 35 years of expertise, we build your custom villa. Our specialization extends across the entire Costa Blanca, including the beautiful interior. We offer a range of options:
We never build two identical homes. Each villa is completely tailor-made, according to your specific wishes and needs. As a customer you are in control and you can choose absolutely EVERYTHING yourself, such as:
- The layout
- The exterior appearance (color, crepi, natural stone, accent walls, etc.)
- Floor tiles
- Bathrooms (furniture, taps, toilets)
- Kitchen
- Swimming pool
- Windows, front door, patio, and more.
And the icing on the cake, we strive for energy efficiency. Our homes are built with at least a B-label EPC, and often even with an A-label, depending on the amount of glazing. A B label almost corresponds to a NZE home: Almost Energy Neutral.
